Emergency Assistance
Seton Center offers compassionate rent and utility assistance, empowering individuals and families to overcome financial hardships with dignity. We work with landlords, lenders, and utility companies to help stabilize housing and essential services during times of need.
To begin the process, clients must call Seton Center at (816) 581-4726 to complete an eligibility screening with staff. After the screening, eligible clients will receive information regarding the next steps in the assistance process and any documentation that may be required. Walk-in requests for rent and utility assistance cannot be processed. Clients must complete the eligibility screening process by phone before receiving further instructions.
