Seton Center offers compassionate rent and utility assistance, empowering individuals and families to overcome financial hardships with dignity working with landlords, lenders and utility companies working to stabilize their daily living challenges.

- Assistance is subject to service area eligibility.
- We offer this program starting on the first business day of each month, while funds last.
- Payments are made directly to landlords or utility companies.

Items Required to Sign Up for Emergency Assistance
- An ID for the head of household (any sort of ID that has name, birthdate and picture)
- Social security card, birth certificate, passport, visa card, 1040 form verifying all other household members (any sort of ID that has name and birthdate)
- Proof of address from the last 30 days (utility bill, leasing agreement, mortgage deed, social security award letter, food stamp award letter, hospital bill, unemployment letter, check stub, bank statement)
- A copy of the utility bill, and a letter from the landlord or property manager stating the client is behind on rent
